GRJI™ (Global Reconciliation and Justice Index™) composite 54.7 at Year Five from a baseline of 23. The Contact Encounters programme produced the 47-point empathy shift. The Geneva reconciliation institute trained thirty-seven practitioners across seven conflict contexts. The Korean joint memorial services brought communities together around a shared historical reckoning for the first time. The UDIES™ — the Unity in Diversity and Institutional Equity Score™ — moved from 18 to 41: measuring not whether diverse people are in the same room but whether they hold proportional power within the institutions that govern their communities. Representation without power is not reconciliation. It is the original arrangement with better optics. The GRJI™ (Global Reconciliation and Justice Index™) measures for actual power sharing not symbolic inclusion.
"The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them"
Today assess one institution you are part of: are diverse people actually holding proportional power or only proportional representation? Let the honest answer shape your next action.
The UDIES™ — the Unity in Diversity and Institutional Equity Score™ exists because every reconciliation process eventually reaches the moment where the question of institutional power must be asked. Diverse faces at the table is not reconciliation if the decisions are still made by one group. Diverse representation in governance structures is not reconciliation if the resource allocation still reflects the priorities of one community. The GRJI™️- Global Reconciliation and Justice Index™️ measures for proportional power — and most institutions that celebrate their diversity have not yet reached proportional power sharing.
- Institutions celebrating diverse representation while maintaining concentrated decision-making power
- Reconciliation processes that produce visible diversity without structural equity
- The communities whose members are represented without being empowered — experiencing symbolic inclusion as a substitute for genuine justice
Micah 4:3-4: He will judge between many peoples and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide. They will beat their swords into ploughshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation nor will they train for war anymore. Every person will sit under their own vine and under their own fig tree and no one will make them afraid. The vision of reconciliation is not merely the absence of conflict. It is the presence of distributed power — every person under their own vine — which is the GRJI™ — the Global Reconciliation and Justice Index™ ultimate vision.
The world measures reconciliation by the reduction of conflict and the improvement of cross-cultural relationships.
God measures reconciliation by the quality of distributed power — whether diverse people hold proportional influence in the institutions that shape their lives.
Ephesians 4:3-6: Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord one faith one baptism one God and Father of all. The unity is not cultural uniformity. It is the unity of diverse people under one Lord — maintaining the Spirit's bond across the diversity that reflects His image.
"Lord let the reconciliation we pursue be genuine — producing not only diverse faces but distributed power not only symbolic inclusion but structural equity. Let every person sit under their own vine. In Jesus' name Amen."

The wolf and the lamb together is not a picture of one becoming the other. It is a picture of both made safe under one Lord. Whatever divides you from those you cannot imagine dwelling beside, He is the peace that makes it possible. Come to Him today, and take your place under the one hope He has called you to
