Diverse faces at the table is not reconciliation if the decisions are still made by one group. Diverse representation in governance structures is not reconciliation if the resource allocation still reflects the priorities of one community. The GRJI™️- Global Reconciliation and Justice Index™️ measures for proportional power — and most institutions that celebrate their diversity have not yet reached proportional power sharing.

Micah 4:3-4: He will judge between many peoples and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide. They will beat their swords into ploughshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation nor will they train for war anymore. Every person will sit under their own vine and under their own fig tree and no one will make them afraid. The vision of reconciliation is not merely the absence of conflict. It is the presence of distributed power — every person under their own vine — which is the GRJI™ — the Global Reconciliation and Justice Index™ ultimate vision.

Ephesians 4:3-6: Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord one faith one baptism one God and Father of all. The unity is not cultural uniformity. It is the unity of diverse people under one Lord — maintaining the Spirit's bond across the diversity that reflects His image.
