What is the CTRCI™?
The Community Trust and Relational Capital Index™ measures something most peace work never counts: not whether a particular dispute was settled, but whether the community has grown its own capacity to settle the next one.
A mediator can resolve a conflict and leave nothing behind. The CTRCI™ asks the harder question — can these neighbours now work together, respond to a crisis together, and keep the agreements they make when no facilitator is in the room?

Not the absence of conflict but the presence of the conditions in which ordinary community life is possible.
The world measures peacemaking success by the resolution of specific disputes and the signing of specific agreements.
God measures community restoration by the quality of ordinary daily life — old people sitting safely children playing freely — which is only possible in a community with genuine structural capacity for shalom.
Isaiah 58:12: Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls Restorer of Streets with Dwellings. The identity of Repairer is earned by sustained directional faithfulness — not by dramatic intervention but by the cumulative work of building community capacity across years.
