Today name one person whose vocational development you are responsible for. Have one conversation this week that invests specifically in their formation rather than in your own productivity.
The enterprise that depends entirely on the founder for its vision, direction and energy is not yet a Kingdom institution. It is an extension of the founder's personal capacity. When the founder leaves, retires, burns out, or dies, the enterprise's capacity leaves with them.
